- All servers have reduced pricing for our customers after six to eight months of service.
- All servers have a 4 hr hardware replacement guarantee (once it is reported)
- Outbound Email Information
- All new customers have outbound email routed through our outbound email servers (no email is read/scanned)
- Existing customers may choose to keep this option enabled and choose threshold limits to help prevent their servers from sending out to much email.
- Once threshold is reached no email will be sent out and we are notified - this helps prevent abuse from our network
Threshold is per customer, server, and/or IP Address
- No JWC servers or networks may be used for
- Email spamming
- IRC Hosting or Services of any kind
- Warez, Hackz or Serialz sites.
- Illegal content or activities
- Any other type of high packet load or disruptive network traffic
- All servers include a global firewall - ports are configured to your personal configuration per IP
- All private network traffic does not count against public bandwidth - this includes VPN traffic to your server
- Access to private network can be made via VPN or SSL VPN
